Everything You Need to Know for a Smooth School Experience
Welcome to Flourish Christian Preschool & Daycare!! We value our partnership with parents and aim to provide all the essential information you need to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for your child. Below, you'll find key details about our policies, schedules, and communication methods.

🕘 Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM
🍎 Drop-off & Pick-up Times: Drop-off: 7:15 AM – 7:45 AM | Pick-up: 2:30 PM – 3:15 PM for part time | By 5:30 PM for full time
🎨 Daily Activities: Each class will have it's own schedule that will be given to parents upon enrollment.💰 Enrollment & Tuition: A one-time fee of $100 is due upon enrollment. Contant for Tuition information.
📄 Required Documents: Enrollment forms, medical records, emergency contacts, consent forms
📆 Payment Schedule: Monthly. Payment is Due by the 7th of each month.🧼 Hygiene Practices: Frequent handwashing, sanitization, and classroom cleaning
🚑 Illness Policy: Children must be fever and symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning after an illness. Children found to be running a temperature at school will be sent home immediately.
🔒 Security Measures: Access control locked front door entry, outdoor security cameras, gated and locked play area, and emergency protocols.📧 Notes and Letters: Monthly fliers will be sent home with information about upcoming dates and events.
📱 School App: Teachers will be using the brightwheel app to connect and communicate with parents.
👩🏫 Parent-Teacher Meetings: Schedule check-ins to discuss your child's progress anytime.🤝 Volunteer Opportunities: Parents and Grandparents are always encouraged to participate where needed for class parties or special events. We would love to have volunteers come and read to the children, do special chapel lessons or show and tell with the children.
📅 Family Days & Celebrations: Participate in seasonal events like Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter parties or thing like Grandparents Day, donuts with Dad or muffins and memories with M.om
